We're building our own AI SEO and SEM system

We're building a team of SEO and SEM agents for our own company. We don't have results to show yet. When we do, we'll share them with the numbers in front of you.

The problem

Running our own SEO by hand doesn't scale, not even for us. And we don't want to sell a system we don't use ourselves.

02

What we're building

A complete team of SEO and SEM agents: one watches rankings, another writes the reports, another proposes topics, another checks what's dropping in position. With human approval before anything gets published. We run our own company on 11 skills, 4 scheduled agents and a time-tracking log.

03

How we did it

We analysed our own website against ten competitors and found our content architecture was poor. We started by fixing that.

We built the monitoring panel: ten fixed questions we check every month to see whether AI-powered search engines mention us. We came out zero for ten.

We're writing the agents one by one: the one that proposes topics, the one that drafts, the one that checks what's losing rankings and the one that produces the reports.

Nothing gets published without a person approving it. We'll keep telling the blog what works, what fails and what it costs.

04

Where it stands

In progress. We'll share it on the blog as it goes, including what fails and what it costs.

Why this is on this page

because we think it's more honest to show what we're building than to wait for a nice number. If we ever sell you something, it'll be something we use ourselves.

What can we do for you?

Half an hour on a call and we'll tell you what could work at your company, what it would save you and where we'd start. If we don't see a fit, we'll say so right there.
