We do not use your data to send you marketing communications, we do not sell or share it with third parties, and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.
How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (6 years for commercial records and 4 years for tax records).
- Analytics data: the retention period configured in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
Who else has access to your data
Only the providers we need to operate, acting as data processors under contract and following our instructions:
- Hostinger International Ltd.: website hosting, on servers located in the European Union.
- Google (Google Workspace, Google Calendar and Google Analytics): email, booking calendar and web analytics.
- Resend: delivery of the emails generated by the contact form.
Google and Resend may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it to move to another provider (portability), and you can withdraw any consent you gave us at any time. Write to info@crewator.ai stating which right you want to exercise. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the team members who need it, and providers with security guarantees.
