Bespoke. With human change-management so your team actually adopts them. Data stays in the EU. Your first crew live in 21 days.
The same panel, adapted to each company. Switch crews and see how the dashboard adjusts to their agents, their team, and the tasks they are running right now.
That is why every crew comes with human change-management: proactive workshops for your team, 1:1 sessions for whoever needs them, and the discipline of "going to find them" instead of waiting for them to show up to an office hour. We do not leave you alone with an agent; we leave you with a team that knows how to work with one.
A crew does not replace your team. It gives them the superpowers to reach further: the reports nobody has time to write, the tickets piling up, the invoices running late, the repetitive parts of the job nobody enjoys. A leader coordinates, specialists execute. And what matters most to us: every crew comes with human change-management so the people in your company adopt it with confidence.
Distributes tasks, consolidates results, reports to the right person every morning. Never makes irreversible decisions without a human OK.
Each agent connects to the software your team already uses: Notion, Slack, your ERP, your CRM, your helpdesk. They work where your people work, not in a separate place.
We do not drop the crew and disappear. We monitor it, improve it, and add agents as new gaps appear in your operation.
The hard part is not the technology, it is the people. Every crew includes proactive workshops, 1:1 sessions, and tailored training. We go and find your team. We do not wait in an office hour. Each person should feel more capable, not more watched.
We start by sitting in your office to really understand how you work. We design, build, deploy and, above all, train your team to adopt the crew. You decide at every step.
30-min video call with a founder. We identify the process to cover, the expected ROI and whether we are a fit. If not, we tell you.
3 to 4 days with you and your team understanding how you actually work. Processes, exceptions, tools, bottlenecks. We design nothing without seeing it run first.
In-person session with the whole affected team. We surface fears, gather vetoes, listen to what they do and do not want automated. Adoption starts here.
We map the process, design the agents, define pilot KPIs. You approve before we build anything.
We build the agents, connect them to your systems (Slack, Notion, ERP, etc.) and test with real data under supervision.
Workshops and 1:1s with each affected person. They learn to delegate to the crew, correct it, and get value from day 21 on.
In production with an SLA. From here we monitor it, improve it monthly, and start talking about whichever crews make sense to add next.
The "AI for business" market is full of noise. Here is what we do not sell, so you know whether we are a fit.
Data lives in European infrastructure (AWS Frankfurt or GCP Europe-West, your choice). We comply with GDPR and the AI Act. We sign a standard DPA. Your data does not train public models: we use enterprise APIs from Anthropic and OpenAI with training opt-out.
The code is yours from day 1. We work with open source stacks (Claude Agent SDK, n8n, LangGraph). There is no Crewator dependency to keep the crew running.
Not to operate. Yes for architectural sign-off if needed. If you have a CTO or Head of Engineering, even better: we run clean handoffs.
It is the part we care about most. Before we build anything we run a kick-off workshop with the whole affected team. Then pre-launch workshops, 1:1s with whoever needs them, and monthly check-ins. We go and find people. We do not wait for them to show up to an office hour.
Your team sees every task in the dashboard. Agents ask for human approval on sensitive decisions (payments, customer-facing messages, contracts). We log every action. We review weekly.
If it is one of the verticals listed above, yes. If not, we run a free diagnostic to confirm fit. We never start a crew without validating fit first.
Week 1: half a day per affected person to map processes. Weeks 2 and 3: one hour a week of review and training. From day 21 on: one hour a month of review. Your team builds nothing.
Yes. We always start with one crew. If it fits, we discuss the next one. We never push you to buy more than you need today.
We are founders. Like you, we saw that you cannot reach everything. Reports nobody writes, tickets piling up, repetitive tasks eating the team. We started building crews for ourselves and saw they worked. But we also saw that the hard part was not building the agent: it was getting people to adopt it. That is why we now offer both: bespoke crews, and the human change-management to make them stick with your team.
Book 30 minutes with a founder. No sales reps, no decks. We tell you whether it makes sense and what it would cost.
