What happens to our data?

Data lives in European infrastructure (AWS Frankfurt or GCP Europe-West, your choice). We comply with GDPR and the AI Act. We sign a standard DPA. Your data does not train public models: we use enterprise APIs from Anthropic and OpenAI with training opt-out.

What if you build it and we want to move it later?

The code is yours from day 1. We work with open source stacks (Claude Agent SDK, n8n, LangGraph). There is no Crewator dependency to keep the crew running.

Do we need an internal tech team?

Not to operate. Yes for architectural sign-off if needed. If you have a CTO or Head of Engineering, even better: we run clean handoffs.

And the human side? How do you stop the team rejecting it?

It is the part we care about most. Before we build anything we run a kick-off workshop with the whole affected team. Then pre-launch workshops, 1:1s with whoever needs them, and monthly check-ins. We go and find people. We do not wait for them to show up to an office hour.

What if the crew makes a mistake?

Your team sees every task in the dashboard. Agents ask for human approval on sensitive decisions (payments, customer-facing messages, contracts). We log every action. We review weekly.

Have you done it in our industry?
